Worst Web Design Ever

Friend of mine passed this along via email. I think I have to agree with his assessment. While this may not be the worst, it's pretty bad.

By the way, don't follow the link if you're prone to epileptic seizures. Not sure if it could trigger one, but, I have my concerns...
